As part of its 50th anniversary celebrations, PT Darya–Varia Laboratoria Tbk (Darya–Varia or the Company) is participating in the Alfamart Sahabat Posyandu program with Alfamart throughout April 2026, with total donations amounting to IDR 200 million. This collaboration reflects a shared mission to improve maternal and child health through services that are closer and easier to access, implemented across 28 cities and reaching approximately 2,800 mothers and children as direct beneficiaries.
Through this program, communities can access a range of essential primary healthcare services—from immunizations and child growth and development monitoring to nutrition education and the provision of supplementary food (PMT). All services are supported by local posyandu cadres and local health authorities to help ensure optimal implementation.
Widya Tobing, Legal & Corporate Affairs Division Head and Corporate Secretary of Darya–Varia, emphasized that the Company’s participation in the program reflects its long-term commitment to growing as a responsible healthcare company and delivering tangible impact for communities.
“This collaboration is also part of the series of activities to commemorate Darya–Varia’s 50th anniversary, as a reflection of the Company’s concern for stunting prevention—one of our priorities. Since 2019, Darya–Varia has implemented a similar program in Cibatok Village, Bogor, West Java, which has served as the foundation for us to continue expanding benefits through cross-sector collaboration,” she said.
Launched in 2023, the Alfamart Sahabat Posyandu program continues to reach communities across Indonesia. Rani Wijaya, General Manager of Corporate Communications at Alfamart, said the initiative is designed to support children’s growth and development through services that are closer and easier to access.
“With Alfamart being close to people’s daily lives, we also want to deliver social impact that is equally close to mothers’ concerns about their children’s growth and development. Through positive collaboration with other stakeholders, posyandu is considered the right step,” said Rani.
As of 20 April 2026, activities have been carried out at 17 locations, including Bali (Tunjung Tutur), Bandung (Cisaat Sukawangi), Luwu (Masamba), Malang (Imam Bonjol Songsong), Indramayu (Plumbon), Semarang (Bubakan Mijen), Palembang (TPA Sukawinatan), Serang (Gedong Dalem), Makassar (Pallangga Gowa), Medan (Dalu Sepuluh), Gorontalo (Taluditi), Jember (Letjen Sutoyo), Madiun (Pracimantoro), Tegal (Cibelok Pemalang), Cianjur (Warudoyong), Kendal (Meteseh Boja), and Karawang (Buana Asri).

Through this collective effort, Darya–Varia hopes to remain present in communities, support maternal and child health, and help nurture a healthier future generation for Indonesia.
