
JAKARTA, June 19, 2026 - PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk ('DVLA' or the 'Company') reported solid performance throughout the 2025 financial year, marking an important milestone in the Company's 50-year journey in the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry.
At today's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), the Company reported revenue of IDR 2.23 trillion, growing 7% compared to the previous year in line with the set targets and exceeding the growth of the national pharmaceutical industry and Indonesia's economic growth.
This performance reflects the Company's resilience and discipline of execution, while strengthening the foundation for sustainable growth.
At the age of 50, Darya-Varia affirms its commitment to continue to transform and increase competitiveness through a strategy that focuses on innovation, efficiency, and strengthening capabilities. For more than five decades, the Company has built strong and sustainable consumer trust.
Performance growth in 2025 is driven by the contribution of all business lines, with the consumer health segment as the main contributor of IDR 1.26 trillion (57%), growing 9.1% compared to 2024. The positive performance of the consumer health segment also offset a contraction of 5.5% in the prescription drug business. Nevertheless, the prescription drug segment continued to make a significant contribution with revenue of IDR 666 billion, or 30% of the Company's total revenue, while the export and toll manufacturing segment recorded strong growth of 27% with total revenue of IDR 257 billion.
On the profitability side, the Company maintains healthy performance through disciplined cost management, operational efficiency, and strengthening the product mix that supports financial performance stability.
At the AGMS, the shareholders approved the reappointment of Sancoyo Antarikso as an Independent Commissioner, in order to maintain the continuity of the Company's supervisory function and stability.
The meeting also determined the appointment of Deddy Septiadi as Director of the Company, replacing Yustina Endang Setyowati who has entered retirement, as part of strengthening leadership to support future growth strategies.
Entering 2026, the growth trend continues with revenue in the first quarter reaching IDR 595 billion, an increase of 9% compared to the same period the previous year. This performance is supported by brand strength, a solid product portfolio, and maintained consumer trust.
As of March 31, 2026, the Company's total assets increased to Rp2.52 trillion with cash and cash equivalents of Rp467.06 billion, reflecting strong liquidity to support future strategic expansion and initiatives.
In line with its growth strategy, the Company continues to strengthen its innovation pipeline through the launch of new products at the beginning of this year, including Natur-E Glothione, Natur-E Skin Start Hand & Body Lotion, and Paratusin DMP in the cough & cold category, to meet public health needs.
As part of its long-term transformation, the Company also launched DiViLab, an integrated medical device product that marks expansion into the Medical Technology (MedTech) and Connected Healthcare sectors. Through DiViLab, the Company presents IoT and AI-based health monitoring solutions, including DiViLab Optima 4-in-1 and DiViLab CORE 3-in-1, which strengthen the integrated health solution portfolio that is easier, connected, and sustainable for the community.
