This award highlights the Company’s consistency in maintaining positive performance and strong commitment to good corporate governance. This achievement also reflects Darya-Varia’s continuous efforts to contribute to the growth and development of Indonesia’s healthcare industry. In addition, dr. Ian Kloer, President Director of Darya-Varia, was honoured with the Top Executives Award 2025, earning the title Great Leader of the Year 2025 for his leadership and contribution in driving the Company’s sustainable progress.

The awards are part of an annual recognition program organized by INFOBRAND.ID in collaboration with TRAS N CO Indonesia, which evaluates public companies through the Top Corporate Index and Top Executive Index. According to the official statement, the assessment is based on three key aspects — Revenue & Revenue Growth, Net Profit & Profit Growth, and Dividend — while the Top Executive Index focuses on evaluating company leaders’ ability to manage and deliver sustainable financial performance.
